Aspectos positivos: Excelente relación calidad precio, contaba con todo lo necesario para la cocina para estar tranquilo, tenía buen aseo y buena iluminación, además muy bien dotado incluye lavadora y patio de ropas, un apartamento bien dotado.

Aspectos negativos: Sería bueno usar una persiana más oscura ya que el sol en la mañana pega directo a la cama
