Aspectos positivos: Very helpful staff. Good location. Hot shower. Comfortable bed.

Aspectos negativos: The room could benefit from better ventilation. Some mould growing on one of the walls.

Highly recommended, Great value and location. It was very tranquil in spite of being right in town.

Aspectos positivos: It is spotlessly clean and the hot water shower was fine. There was a nice little kitchenette. The concierge, or property manager, Im not sure his title, Carlos, was very nice. Just one block off the main drag through Cables, Santander Ave, so easy to walk or catch the bus to anywhere.

Aspectos negativos: The room I was in did not have a window. This was not a problem for a couple of nights but if I were staying longer I would like a window. Wifi was so-so.

Recomiendo aparta estudios El Cable.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento muy bien ubicado, en el sector financiero, cerca a la estación del metro cable y la de na rosa. Además espacioso, seguro, bien iluminado. La seguridad y tranquilidad del sector hizo nuestra estancia muy agradable.

Aspectos negativos: Al salir no pude dialogar con el administrador Y darle las gracias.

Aspectos positivos: ubicación y sus alrrededores,... una zona muy tranquila y con vista inmejorable de la ciudad. Volvería a quedarme allí sin dudas,... Recomendaría que se compraran algunos untensilios más de cocina (unas tijeras, unas tapas para el sartén estarían muy bien)
