Aspectos positivos: Cute studio apartment with a kitchenette . Good shower. Comfy bed. There was a great view from the rooftop terrace. There were onsite laundry facilities. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Breakfast in the cafe.was terrific

Lovely studio!

Aspectos positivos: Lovely, clean, comforfable and stylish apartment and a great location. The staff was friendly and accomodating and I love all the nightlife and restaurants are super nearby.

Aspectos negativos: The only downfall is that you can't smoke on the balcony. I wish they were more lenient concerning this

Aspectos positivos: Walking distance to La 70 but in a quiet neighborhood at the same time. Room was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop terrace and the washing machines were a ++. Gracias! We'll definitely stay here again.

Aspectos positivos: I had an amazing stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was also perfect, close to major attractions. What truly made my stay special was the attention to detail and the outstanding customer service. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort. I will definitely be returning!

Good flats for good price value

Aspectos positivos: Great amenities, good location. Great shower with hot water.

Aspectos negativos: The door to the hallway was very badly isolated. You could hear the people talking in the hallway. This is a pity because the rest of the flat is well isolated, especially the Windows giving to the main road. The bed blankets were uncomfortable and itchy. The reception lobby lacks a bit of decoration and a sitting area with like sofas or something.

Aspectos positivos: Very clean and comfortable. The staff were really kind, helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff and reception staff made us feel very welcome. The building is clearly very new and everything in the room was clearly new. The kitchen was very well equipped. Despite being on a road, the room was very quiet. The hot-tubs were a great addition.

Aspectos negativos: The location is a little far from public transport links. It is a 20 minute walk to the metro station.
