Perfect place in perfect location

Aspectos positivos: Everything perfect, cleaness, host, wifi, service. 24/7 Security at the entrance. Few minutes walk from Plaza Botero and from the Metro station. If I come back to Medellin, I will definitely stay here

Aspectos negativos: La zona en la noche está llena de indigentes y no recomiendo salir a caminar. Pero cada vez que iba A tomar un uber de noche el seguridad me acompañaba lo que me daba mucha tranquilidad.

Soggiorno che rimarrà nel.cuore

Aspectos positivos: La posizione dell'alloggio è centralissima a due passi da Plaza botero e difronte la metro parque Barrio Appartamento pulito completo di ogni confort. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è la gentilezza, disponibilità e umanità dei proprietari. Lionel e sua moglie mi hanno aiutato durante un mio momento di difficoltà e sono stati immensamente gentili. Non lo dimenticherò mai. Consigliatissimo.

Aspectos negativos: L'unica cosa se proprio devo trovare un difetto l'acqua della doccia era appena tiepida e gli infissi in alluminio un po' datati non erano proprio ermetici quindi durante il giorno si sentivano un po' di rumori. .

Aspectos positivos: Todo…el Depto super amplio, limpio, equipado…la ubicación inmejorable si querés estar en el centro de Medellín y experimentar lo más auténtico de la ciudad…super seguro el edificio…Pedro, el de seguridad, muy amable y dispuesto a colaborar en lo que sea…Johana super atenta…perfecto todo!

Great value, nice people, clearly located for convenience, not for charm.

Aspectos positivos: Very nice apartment, friendly and attentive staff. The location was very convenient if a bit rough. The place was luxurious for the price, and the people couldn't have been nicer. They let me check in early, and they even texted me after I left to make sure I didn't need some papers I had left in the garbage.

Aspectos negativos: It took a couple of tries to get the wifi going. Eventually they fixed it, but I couldn't contact them in the meantime. Also, the hot water wasn't very hot. The wifi issue shows where actual hotels are better than a collection of apartments in a high-rise. The office was actually down the hall, but I didn't realize where it was until I saw my WhatsApp later.

Aspectos positivos: La gentillesse du propriétaire est touchante ça a beaucoup contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Avenant prêt à donner des conseils et te montrer des endroits te suggérer ou dîner il était très avenant avec nous.

Apartamento limpo, seguro e bem localizado.

Aspectos positivos: O flat está situado na área central da cidade, próxima ao transporte público e ao comércio. As dependências internas e externas encontravam-se muito limpas. Os funcionários da segurança são sempre simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar. O apartamento é confortável e totalmente equipado. Voltando a Medellín , certamente será minha opção preferencial de hospedagem.
