Aspectos positivos: Muy buena atención de parte de la señora así mismo la comodidad de las camas en general todo muy bien arreglado

Aspectos negativos: Solo una olla y una paila en general para cocinar de lo cual queda difícil cocinar un almuerzo bien complementado es decir cocina falta dotarla un poco más y incluir la tarifa de la lavadora al momento de reservar o al hacer la reserva solicitar si la persona desea el servicio

Excelente lugar para una estadía familiar o entre amigos.

Aspectos positivos: Es una casa acogedora, ubicada en un barrio alegre, tiene linda vista, internet muy bueno.

Aspectos negativos: La habitación de la parte interior tiende a ser muy caliente.

Aspectos positivos: Es muy amplia la casa, se ve toda la ciudad, hay comercio cerca para comprar para cocinar o comer por fuera, el host fue muy amable y atento, y el Metrocable está bastante cerca

Aspectos negativos: Cuando se abre la llave de la ducha hay un ruido raro en el cuarto al lado del baño

One of our best stays ever!

Aspectos positivos: Nice location--not near the center of Medellin, but in a decent area (12 de Octubre), an easy walk to the metro-cable, which connects to the metro, which serves the entire Medellin area. So, it's easy to get anywhere in Medellin. Grocery stores and places to eat are also close by. The apartment is nicely outfitted and comfortable. There is even a washing machine in the apartment. Estefania's dad personally walked us to a nice place to eat, gave us directions to the grocery store, made haircut arrangements for us and walked us to the nearby salon, and he even loaned us his card for the metro, to use while we were there. We just charged it back up and returned it when we left.

Aspectos negativos: Lighting in the bathroom was a little on the dim side. But the only really negative thing I can say about the apartment is actually about the neighbors' dogs. Most nights we went to bed to the sound of a couple of nearby barking dogs. When we woke up in the morning, soon there was the sound of neighbors barking dogs. They had apparently been left alone in their respective houses and were lonely. While the noise was noticeable and a bit bothersome, it didn't prevent us from sleeping well and enjoying the stay. Considering the value for the money, Estefania's place was absolutely great!

Aspectos positivos: Es muy tranquilo, la casa es muy bonita y acogedora, tiene todo lo que necesitas en ella. Es muy fresca. Y tiene un espacio frente a la casa para parquear vehículo.

Aspectos positivos: The view was amazing.The beds were amazing as well. The neighborhood was nice as well.

Aspectos positivos: Die Wohnung komplett sehr groß und sauber. Herzlicher Empfang und ruhige Nachbarschaft.

Aspectos positivos: La maison , l'emplacement ( près de TOUT commerce) le balcon , la cuisine tout équipé , la télévision , les lits très confortable

Aspectos negativos: Rien , je devais me réveiller le matin le coq du coin me servait de réveil ah si en cherchant bien un défaut , l'éclairage est puissant pour une chambre .
