Great value private apartment in a nice area.

Aspectos positivos: Great little place in a nice location. I never met the host but communication over WhatsApp was easy. Clear instructions were provided for self check in. The communal terrace area was great to sit and relax in with a few beers in the evening. I enjoyed my stay here and would gladly return. Recommended.

Aspectos negativos: The pictures don't show the portable air-conditioner unit which takes up valuable floor space. The kitchen was a little lacking in utensils (for example, there was no can opener.) Power outlets were inconveniently located.

Perfect location and cosy little studio

Aspectos positivos: Super comfortable bed, small but well equipped space, super location in a very safe area. Host Sebastian answers super quickly and helps out immediately (e.g. one of the kitchen knives was broken so I couldn’t prepare food. Only 5 minutes after telling him about it, he showed up at the door with a variety of new ones to choose from). Staff is also lovely and I could store my bags there for a few hours after check out. Very good value for money, felt super comfortable and safe at all times.

Aspectos positivos: Such great value for money! The owners are very responsive and helpful at all times, the balcony is amazing and it has all amenities!

Aspectos negativos: It is located near a lot of car yards so is very noisy, bring ear plugs

Aspectos positivos: The location is fantastic. There is no reception on site but the host is available on WhatsApp and very quickly responds. My studio ran out of gas and he was able to have it filled up within 15 minutes! A great place to stay to explore Medellín. It was great to have a little kitchen.
