Perfect for a short stay

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location, in the heart of Laureles. Good internet connection, more than sufficient for a digital nomad. I had a problem with one of the keys and it was immediately taken care of by the host.

Aspectos positivos: La experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. El apartamento es 10/10: cómodo, muy limpio, organizado y exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Se siente acogedor y perfecto tanto para descansar como para trabajar tranquilo. La ubicación en Laureles es ideal, el sector es agradable, seguro y con todo cerca: cafés, restaurantes y fácil movilidad. El anfitrión fue muy atento y siempre estuvo pendiente de cualquier detalle. La comunicación fue clara y rápida, lo que hizo que todo fuera aún más fácil. Gracias Santiago. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Aspectos positivos: Um bom estúdio confortável e com as comodidades essenciais para passar uns belos dias em Medellín. O dono foi muito simpático e super prestável.

Lugar maravilloso e independiente en Medellín

Aspectos positivos: El apartaestudio de Santiago es fenomenal. Completamente independiente. No puede estar en un mejor sector. Muy tranquilo y con una percepción de seguridad sin igual, panaderías, droguerías y restaurantes muy cerca. Volveré cada vez que esté en Medellín.

Aspectos positivos: Muy lindo departamento. Todas las comodidades. Muy completo ( cafetera, plancha, pava eléctrica, anafe, heladera).

Aspectos negativos: Hay que considerar que al ser un dpto no hay posibilidad de dejar las valijas por todo un día cuando se hace el check-out. De todos modos, Santiago nos dejó extender un poco nuestro check out
