Family stay to spend Christmas and New Years in Medellin.
Aspectos positivos: Very quiet and safe location for a family of four. We still were close to their local mall, grocery store, corner stores and resteraunts; all within walking distances.
Aspectos negativos: Nothing I did not like.

Amazing apartment, cool location and worth staying at.
Aspectos positivos: Amazing apartment, the rooms are spacious, modern, kitchen well equipped, bathrooms clean and good. The beds are amazing and comfortable. Big TV's in every room, super cosy. Having a washing machine and a laundry room is super efficient, felt just like home. The jacuzzi was amazing. The apartment is just amazing! Would come back for sure!
Aspectos negativos: The only thing that I did not like was the approach of some of the receptionist. Kind of not helpful and very precise, not serviceable and just following everything by the book. The times of when visitors can visit should be modified according tom the guests and their visitors. If there is a family visiting for the day, it is super rude to remind that they have to leave at an exact time, it felt controlled and not welcoming. Also not good that you have to pay extra to get cleaning done. This should be included specially if you stay over two weeks.

PERFECT LOCATION GREAT APARTMENT
Aspectos positivos: The Apartment was clean, very nice accommodation, and the location was perfect. Near the restaurant, supermarket, transportation, and all. The staff Service was excellent. Will use them again and again.

Absolutely would stay there again. Loved the staff at front desk…so helpful and friendly.
Aspectos positivos: Friendliness of staff. Very helpful and accommodating, the best! New and very clean. Liked that they had a shuttle to airport.
Aspectos negativos: There was nothing we did not like.

Beautiful facilities, but noisy and uncomfortable.
Aspectos positivos: The building and apartment are beautiful. The staff is super professional and extremely attentive. The apartment has a lovely kitchen with large refrigerator and cooking area. 3 bedrooms are small, but lovely. Very modern and clean apartment with balcony.
Aspectos negativos: Air conditioning is only available in 2 bedrooms, the rest of the apartment is not air conditioned and gets very warm during the day. The furniture, while it looks modern and nice, is very uncomfortable to sit on. The beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The neighborhood is ok, but extremely noisy.

Would recommend Gema 10 out of 10. Great Hotel in an awesome city!
Aspectos positivos: The hotel is brand new!! I really liked the location. It was a short taxi or share-drive service away. Everything was kept clean and the staff was helpful (they gave us tips on where to go!). It was super helpful to have the kitchen available and not have to step out for every meal or snack. Having a family of 4 and grandparents, the layout worked great, very comfortable space. Closest thing posible to having a home while on vacation. Much better then having separate rooms in a hotel. This apartment style layout is great! There were restaurants and shopping close by, so getting everyday things was a easy. Food delivery was also an option from restaurants from the area.

Best place in Medellin Colombia!
Aspectos positivos: Staying at CADISSA was the best decision I’ve made! The staff is very welcoming and the apartments are really neat and luxury! The service was fantastic and anything you need is close by such as restaurants, malls, local bars, and is only 15 mins to Provenza, where all the night clubs are. Not to mention the view from the apartment is stunning! You get a view to the mountains and the city! If you’re looking for a plan to stay in Medellin, I would definitely recommend staying at CASDISSA.
