La Casa de Nelly - Medellín

Aspectos positivos: We had an amazing stay at La casa de Nelly in Medellín with my boys. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to any request. The location is excellent, we were able to walk to many nearby attractions, and the pickup point for tours to places like Guatapé is also just a short walk away, which made everything very easy and convenient. Is very clean and spacious, with free water and coffee available at all times. All the amenities provided are exactly as described, and the laundry service is offered at a very reasonable price. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Great location with tactical position

Aspectos positivos: The location is decorated with real nice fornitures and good taste. It looked like for a stylist magazine the position of the house is just 5 min walking from main turistic atractions like Provenza or lleras park and With around 5 USD you can get a very good breakfast. the communication with landlord via Whattsup for any need was super fast and they were very accomodating. Finally, on the last day they allowed me to stay till 12:30 pm with late check out instead of 10 am ...thanks! :-)

Aspectos negativos: If you expect to get a full private apartment, this is not the place. There are three indipendent rooms with one share space and living room . Therefore you need to know that you won't be completely alone inside the location and you need to be silent especially after a certain hour. Unfortunatelly, in my apartment there were several long hair on the floor and in the bathroom but after I reported the issue, the staff cleaned all very well. Only in one night, I could not sleep untill 3 am because the next bar played loud music all night long but the next days it was all silent ..

Aspectos positivos: Staff were really accommodating, friendly and beautifully designed. Great location. Lovely breakfast cooked fresh.

Aspectos negativos: Note the stairs in the split level apartment are very steep.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was great! Lovely staff, check in was super smooth, they offer cold water and coffee. Really clean and in a great location to access both Manila and El Poblado.

Friendly convenient place to stay in El Poblado.

Aspectos positivos: Good beds and nice common areas to sit and read. Breakfast very tasty and served by friendly staff.

Aspectos negativos: We were faced 1 day on beforehand to move to neighbouring B&B Botanica Garden. It did not have airco and propsed price was 15% higher. We could negotiate for the same price and finally all went well. Bathroom too small.

Our Medellin Stay - 3 nights

Aspectos positivos: Absolutely wonderful accomodation. Would highly recommend. Apartment very clean and well equiped with all the essentials needed. Great communal area to sit in and eat or relax.Excellent location.

Aspectos positivos: The facility is on the ground floor. There are 4 to 5 rooms and a large living room and a dining room as a common area. Everything is clean. The guys working are all kind and welcoming.

Aspectos negativos: The room was not very big, do not think is a very big room. It's o.k. but not as big as i thought.
