Aspectos positivos: Emplacement idéal pour profiter des soirées animées, à 10min à pied du métro. La vue au 14 ème étage.

Aspectos negativos: Loueur injoignable, ni par message ni par appel. Attendu 20min à l'accueil car le personnel (très aimables par ailleurs) n'avait pas la confirmation de ma réservation...

Wieder mal herrlich, ich komme wieder!

Aspectos positivos: Es war mein dritter Aufenthalt im Apartmenthaus San Peter, diesmal im 9. Stock (10.Stock für Einheimische). Die Apartments sind grundsätzlich mit allem ausgestattet was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt (incl. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen), der Supermarkt liegt um die Ecke und das Leben tobt direkt vor der Haustür. Aufgrund mangelhaftem Schallschutz ist das Apartment nicht für Hellhörige geeignet, von den Nachbarn hört man zwar nichts, aber der Strassenlärm schallt bis tief in die Nacht durch das Zimmer. Ist nach der Pandemie sogar heftiger als zuvor ... hat aber den Vorteil dass es jede Menge neue Restaurants gibt. Kleiner Tip für Bierliebhaber: Die Brauerei \

Aspectos negativos: Im Gegensatz zu meinen vorherigen Aufenthalten fehlten in dem Apartment ein paar Tassen, die auch auf Meldung hin nicht ersetzt wurden. Die Küchenutensilien - insbesondere die Pfannen - waren ziemlich abgerockt und eine ist mir auseinandergefallen, die Schraube am Stiel hat sich gelöst. Wurde auch nicht ersetzt aber zumindest nicht in Rechnung gestellt. Der Service der Eigentümer-Verwaltung hat stark nachgelassen.
