Beautiful, clean, well-equipped loft in the heart of El Poblado neighborhood

Aspectos positivos: This apartment was beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was very clean (which is of high importance to me), well-equipped with everything you need for your stay including kitchen appliances AND even a steamer for your delicate clothing. The bed was very comfortable with soft bedding. And the location was a prime location with EVERYTHING being a 3-10 minute walk away in El Poblado. I was very very happy I chose this place for my first stay in Medellin!

Aspectos positivos: Il migliore appartamento in cui sia mai stato (non solo in Colombia) ad un prezzo ragionevole. Cura dei dettagli e dell'arredamento, due letti enormi e comodi, una cucina super fornita, divano extra large super comodo e posizione centralissima nel miglior quartiere di Medellin ma lontano dal chiasso. Davvero eccezionale.

Top location, great value and security override the small nuisances. I highly recommend.

Aspectos positivos: Wonderful location. This was generally pretty quiet even though they’re building a condo right next to it. It’s next to everything l, but still far enough away to be private and quiet. We could hear the stream in the background when we opened up the double sliding doors. This place is big inside too. Only four guests allowed and no visitors allowed. Anyone coming into the building must be on the list ahead of time so it keeps out any unscrupulous activity. You can walk to several restaurants right across the street. It was so nice having a washer/dryer too. The elevator is fast and the security is awesome and very friendly. I’d stay here again. Even though it’s El Poblado you still need to be mindful of your surroundings and aware all the time and be careful. To me it’s one of the best locations in the whole area. I loved the restaurants Pesquiera, Olivia, Rooftop Bar, Mar & Fuego and Egeo.

Aspectos negativos: No knife sharpener, curtains for walls between the bedrooms. Hot water could have been a little hotter, needs more plugins, no air conditioning, but there’s fans and wasn’t too hot even in July.

Aspectos positivos: The loft space is very nice and spacious, and pictures are accurate. The location is fantastic for Poblado. The building is safe and quiet.

Aspectos negativos: Please be aware of the building access restrictions for guests. It's not possible to have friends visit who have not registered passports prior to the start of the stay (i.e. it's not possible to add anybody after you arrive).
