Good honest place. Prefer rates somewhat lower.

Aspectos positivos: I have been here before. I returned because in Medellin it is hard to find a place that delivers what it advertises. This is an exception to that practice in Medellin

Aspectos negativos: I was unhappy to see them raise their rates significantly which is why I ended my stay when the rates went up.

Aspectos positivos: La localisation c'est un lieu qui est propre et proche de tout et en plus on est dans une rue qui est quand même assez calme comparé au reste de Medellin. Tout est fonctionnel et en plus on a une machine à laver à disposition on a juste à acheter notre lessive.

Aspectos negativos: Petit problème avec l'eau chaude mais c'est pas grave car c'est vite pris en charge même si c'est pas réparé tout à fait. Petite technique allumée d'abord l'eau chaude de la cuisine puis ensuite l'eau de la salle de bain et alterner tout au long de votre douche si vous êtes tout seul c'est dommage pour vous.

Excelente hospedaje en Laureles

Aspectos positivos: Excelente lugar, justo en la esquina hay una panadería. El sitio parece seguro, y la adminsitradora es muy amable. Queda a 10 minutos de la estación del metro, y cuenta con lo necesario para un grupos de 3 o 4 personas.

Aspectos negativos: Que la salida es a las 12 PM y no es posible guardas las maletas mientras uno termina de recorrer la ciudad.
