Gute Lage, bei Ausstattung und Service hapert es

Aspectos positivos: Lage gut Nähe Metro. 2 Schlafzimmer mit großen, bequemen Betten. Bodentiefe Fenster, daher schön hell. Waschmaschine! Wir haben vier Nächte hier verbracht und waren schließlich zufrieden.

Aspectos negativos: Der Anfang verlief etwas holprig. Akzeptieren offenbar keine Scheckkarten und waren nicht vertraut mit den Zahlungsmodalitäten über booking.com. Der Check-in dauerte entsprechend lange. Vermutlich waren wir die ersten Kunden über booking und das Prozedere ist jetzt bekannt. Leider lässt sich ein Schlafzimmer nicht abdunkeln. Jedesmal wenn im anderen Apartment im Bad das Licht angeht oder die ganze Nacht brennt, stört das erheblich. Kaffee-Maschine, obwohl aufgeführt, gabs erst auf offizielle Beschwerde unsererseits. An der Rezeption geben sie sich Mühe und sind freundlich, aber wenn mehrere Menschen einchecken oder was wollen, ist eine Mitarbeiterin für dieses große Haus zu wenig.
