Amazing apartment.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was in a great location in El Poblado, and the apartment was a good size with 2 large bedrooms. The owner was very welcoming and helpful with information about the area.

The perfect apartment to enjoy the Medellin nightlife.

Aspectos positivos: Mike's apartment is in the ideal location; near to all of the restaurants, nightlife and the supermarket was less than a block away. The apartment itself was clean with cold AC in each room and the mattress was comfortable. There was no 24/7 security but I felt completely safe coming and going at all hours. Mike is an awesome guy and a great host. He spent time telling me about Medellin and even recommended places for me to visit and restaurants not to miss. All in all, I'll definitely be back.

Aspectos positivos: Nos encantó la ubicación, el apartamento es súper cómodo y está muy bien equipado. Además fueron muy amables y puntuales, tuvimos un percance y no dudaron en ayudarnos, lo que valoramos muchísimo.

Aspectos positivos: Host are great and very responsive. Appartment is in the center of it all and has all that is needed for your stay. All in all perfect for first timers. Walking distance to all happenings as stated.

Aspectos negativos: It is in the center of the happening so at night it can be noisy depending on the room.

Grandioze locatie

Aspectos positivos: Top locatie, middden in el poblado! We zijn goed opgevangen en kregen duidelijke instructies van de host! Ze vertelde ons alles wat we moesten weten! Ruime kamers en genoeg badkamers voor een groot gezin of twee families!

Aspectos negativos: Wij hebben enkel en alleen fijne ervaringen gehad.

Aspectos positivos: Esta es la elección ideal. Me recibieron personalmente con las llaves, una guía rápida y útil sobre el apartamento, lo cual se agradece muchísimo después de un viaje largo. El apartamento es moderno, muy bien equipado. La cocina muy completa (freidora de aire, tostadora, licuadora, horno, microondas, filtro de agua, más de lo que yo esperaba). También tienen lavadora y secadora (con jabón incluido). Hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Las camas son muy cómodas, todo estaba limpio y organizado. La habitación es tranquila, lo que permite descansar plenamente incluso estando en una de las zonas más activas de la ciudad. La ubicación no podría ser mejor: estás a pasos de los mejores restaurantes, cafés y bares de El Poblado, pero sin sacrificar la tranquilidad. Todo está cerca. El anfitrión siempre disponible, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Muchas gracias para darme la posibilidad de realizar el check-out un poco mas tarde.

Apartamento genial

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación y el apartamento es muy espacioso y bien distribuido..., me volvería a quedar de nuevo!

Aspectos negativos: Solamente que me preguntaron 1 día antes a que hora planeaba salir, indique que seguramente a las 7:30am, entonces mandaron a la señora de limpieza a las 7:15am a tocarme la puerta..., la salida estaba pagada hasta las 11am, considero que deben dan la privacidad necesaria, uno planea una hora de salida pero siempre hay atrasos, al final tuve que correr por la vergüenza de dejar a la señora afuera, salí a las 7:45am...

Great location, could use some attention to detail inside

Aspectos positivos: Great location in El Poblado within walking distance of tons of restaurants, clubs, metro etc. Kitchen had lots of equipment- air fryer, toaster oven, oven, microwave, water filter, coffee maker. Laundry and dryer in unit with detergent provided. Nice TVs in each room and plenty of space to hang out.

Aspectos negativos: Some lights were blinking or out (over the stove). There was only enough cooking equipment for small basic meals (one frying pan, one dish for the oven). Could use some more bowls and cooking utensils (peeler, larger cookware for groups, more silverware), containers to keep food in the fridge. The place was overall very very noisy at all hours with lots of street traffic. It's located on one of the busiest intersections in the area and the windows keep minimal amounts of noise out. You definitely want earplugs here. The AC unit in my room was also quite loud. There was an issue with our key to the front door which didn't work- fortunately another of the building residents let us in pretty quickly. This is a great place for larger groups who aren't too picky about amenities.

Excelente apartamento cerca de poblado y Provenza

Aspectos positivos: Me encantó, el poblado y Provenza quedan caminando, por las mañanas puedes salir a correr y es súper seguro, hay tiendas super cerca. Hay un gym a 3 cuadras, es muy cómodo, seguro y limpio.

Aspectos positivos: Excelente apartamento en una ubicación magnifica. La chica que nos recibió fue super amable y nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos. El apartamento es comodo y muy amplio.
