Lucky to have such a place and support when I messed up!!

Aspectos positivos: This is a humble clean apartment with a small balcony. Andrea was cleaning the other apartments when I arrived. She is the owner's cheerful, efficient, employee and they worked together as a team very well. For example, I initially communicated in Whatsapp with the owner that I had arrived in Medellin. He quickly turned me over to Andrea. I had both their Whatsapp numbers which came in handy when I left my keys behind in Communa 13 during a night of revelry. I messaged them and again, they worked together well, letting me know how they could help. Andrea came on a motorcycle with a spare set of keys on a rainy night at 9:30 pm. I really appreciated this!! I think Andrea is a star and this place a godsend! I will be back because I like the neighborhood and proximity to the Northern Terminal of Buses as well as Communa 13. Thanks guys! George

Aspectos negativos: La tele no funcionaba, pero no lo use porque llegaba cansada. All frío- bar faltaba hacerle limpieza,el hielo estaba demasiado acumulado...pero cumplía su función

Aspectos positivos: De todo. La habitacion, ubicacion, Jhon fue siempre muy amable y atento todo el tiempo. Y el lecho el colchon es de la mejor calid estupenda

Aspectos negativos: La ducha no calenta bien.

Un endroit très bien et tranquille

Aspectos positivos: L'endroit était plutôt calme, sauf quelques rénovations à côté. Le quartier est très tranquille et sécuritaire.

Aspectos negativos: J'avais au départ réservé seulement une journée. J'ai demandé de rester 2 journées de plus, mais j'ai finalement dû partir une journée plus tôt que prévu, car la chambre était louée... Le proprio m'a proposé un autre endroit, mais j'avais déjà une autre option chez un ami. Par ailleurs, il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, sauf un puits de lumière.

Aspectos positivos: Excelente, hay muchos lugares para poder desayunar, estacionar el vehículo, además de compras personales. El anfitrión es una persona muy generosa.

Aspectos positivos: Es una habitación cómoda, muy agradable Justo con lo necesario para una estadía agradable, incluso con un balconcito.

Aspectos negativos: Es un poco solitario en las noches pero no tuve ningún incidente sólo de tomar cuidado

Aspectos positivos: A small room but it has everything you need. I was working from there and the internet was good. The host is very welcoming and hospitable.

Aspectos negativos: You shouldn't leave your food outside the fridge because ants will pile on it.

Aspectos negativos: La douche pas très chaude.Le.matelas pas top.

Aspectos positivos: El cuarto tiene todo lo necesario para poder dormir comodamente y el baño muy limpio.

Aspectos negativos: A mi costado habian otros inquilinos que fueron un poco bullosos lo que no dejaron tomar una buena ciesta en la tarde.
