Aspectos positivos: Very small but cozy apartment well equipped with everything. the bed is very comfy and the location js great (and quiet at night). The manager is kind and helpful

Aspectos negativos: Nothing in particular, all was great. Probably not the best place if you plan to spend a lot of time inside

Excelente opción para quedarse en Medellín

Aspectos positivos: La habitación es pequeña pero dotada con absolutamente todo lo que se necesita para estar bien allí. La casa está ubicada en sector residencial muy tranquilo, pero igual cercano al complejo de La Alpujarra, los centros de convenciones y el edificio inteligente EPM. El transporte se consigue fácilmente; hay un D21 cerca, se camina un poco más hasta el Centro Comercial Unicentro y Laureles (bonita zona de restaurantes y bares). El host siempre está atento a lo que necesita el huésped, la comunicación con él es ágil.

Great host, great room in a safe area

Aspectos positivos: David communicated regularly. He speaks very good English and is very helpful. The room had everything I needed. Safe and quiet area. Very quiet room and building. Everything was very clean.

Aspectos positivos: Siamo stati molto bene. La stanza è grande ed è attrezzata con cucinetta e spazio per appendere i vestiti. In bagno ci sono shampoo, sapone e phon.

Aspectos negativos: Tutto okay, forse si potrebbe mettere una zanzariera alla finestra. Alla sera a Medellín fa fresco, ma per paura di zanzare e altri insetti ci siamo chiusi dentro e faceva un po' caldo.
