Amazing value for money, would recommend!

Aspectos positivos: Lovely small hotel, owner is very friendly and available to help. We had hot water showers, comfy beds, very clean and very well priced. Great value for money, would stay again!

Great time in Guatape

Aspectos positivos: Everything was perfect! Aura is amazing — warm, kind, and incredibly welcoming. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and even recommended great local spots. The property is spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly located. The value for money is unbeatable. There’s even a kitchen available, which we didn’t use, but it’s great to have the option. Truly the best place to stay in the area!

Aspectos negativos: The rooms could benefit from a small desk and a mirror, but overall, they’re still really good.

Was a lovely place but was let down by the guests that arrived at 3am

Aspectos positivos: It’s was a great accommodation,close to everything you’ll need and want to do, the staff are lovely.

Aspectos negativos: We were the only ones in the whole accommodation when we went to sleep and was woken up by a big group of people at 3am, they were laughing and talking to the top of their voices and did that for a couple of hours, we found them very rude, then when we got up in the morning we went to use the kitchen and one of the women that came in at 3am came out of her room and said we weee making to much noise, even though we were in the kitchen 5 minutes. We found them to be very rude but it wasn’t a reflexion of the place, just the people that arrived at 3am.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Aspectos positivos: The hosts are super kind, welcoming and chatty. The location is pretty good too. They had a nice equipped kitchen for us to use and beds were comfortable. Good value for money.

Aspectos negativos: Rooms were very tight. The double room shouldn't have the single bed in it as there is very little room to put bags and move around. The whole place seemed very clean but we spotted a small cockroach in the kitchen worktop and the cupboard with dishes had a lot of mould and dishes were dirty/dusty.

Aspectos positivos: Well situated, easy walking distance from the center and the neighbourhood feels more local. The room was clean and comfortable but really small. We stayed one night and it was great but would have been cramped for a longer stay. Our hostess was amazingly helpful and welcoming. The kitchen spotless and functional. Altogether great value for money!!

Aspectos negativos: Just suggestions - add a hook or 2 in the bathroom and a mirror in the room :) Helps reduce wait time for bathroom - even though I was only waiting for my sister haha

Limpio y funcional, todo bien

Aspectos positivos: Todo muy bien, limpio y cómodo. Es un lugar modesto, pero muy acorde al costo de la estancia. La ubicación es excelente: a pocos minutos caminando desde la terminal de buses, la plaza principal, y el malecón. El baño compartido era pequeño pero funcional, y sobretodo aprecio que la ducha caliente funcionara perfecto. El lugar no tiene personal de recepción permanente, pero se contacta a la administradora por Whatsapp para lo que sea necesario, y ella fue muy amable en todo momento.

Aspectos negativos: Se podría mejorar la comodidad poniendo un espejo en la habitación, algunos estantes y/o soportes para colgar abrigos o las toallas, una mesita de noche, etc. Y al no tener recepción permanente, pues algunas dudas hay que resolverlas por uno mismo.
