Aspectos positivos: Good value and good location - close to busy areas but quiet to sleep. Allowed late check in when our flight was delayed.

Aspectos positivos: Property is located in a quiet street at night, so no problems to sleep. Lovely internal patios with plants creates a peaceful retreat from the city. Good ventilation. Our initial room had to be changed and we got a bigger room which was quite nice. We had a double bed and a sofa bed. It was central, easy to go to points of interest. Host was always willing to assist and had great communication. We'd go back to stay at Casa de Lola again.

Aspectos negativos: Sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable.

Sehr heimelige Unterkunft mit vielen schönen Pflanzen.

Aspectos positivos: Der Gastgeber ist supernett und zuvorkommend- danke für Alles! Er hat sehr zuverlässig kommuniziert und hat auf meine tausend Fragen immer geduldig geantwortet und uns Tipps gegeben :). Das Esszimmer zwischen den zwei grünen Patios hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Warmes Wasser gibt es auch, für alle die das bevorzugen. Die Lage war super - tagsüber konnten wir schnell zur 70 laufen, oder aber über die wunderschönen Parques del Río ins Centro de Medellin spazieren, oder zum Pueblito Paisa. Sehr viel ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist recht ruhig, da es hier im Gegensatz zur Umgebung um die Carrera 70 keine Clubs nebenan gibt.

Aspectos negativos: Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet - ich habe ein scharfes Messer vermisst zum Kochen (das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau). Für Arepas, Smoothie und Obst hat die Ausstattung aber gereicht. Jeden zweiten Tag hört man morgens die Flugzeuge vom Stadtflughafen starten & landen. Das hat uns nicht groß gestört, weil wir wegen des Jetlags sowieso früh wach waren, aber es ist vielleicht gut für andere Reisende zu wissen. Davon abgesehen war es sehr ruhig.

Aspectos positivos: Sehr ruhige Lage in einem Wohnviertel, großer Balkon , gut ausgestattete Küche, Infrastruktur wie Restaurants und Geschäfte fußläufig gut erreichbar. Gute Informationen vom Vermieter und sehr gute Unterstützung, als ich am Heiligabend krank geworden bin, da hat sich dann die ganze Familie über meine Behandlung Gedanken gemacht und mich mit entsprechenden Medikamenten versorgt, vielen Dank noch einmal!

Aspectos positivos: Très bon accueil même avec notre arrivée tardive. La chambre est propre et confortable avec de l' eau chaude! Dans un quartier calme bien situé à 10 min à pied du métro ligne directe du la communauté 13. L aéroport est situé à 45 min. Navette collective 15100 puis taxi de san Diego (quartier ) 10 min max entre 10 15000. L accès au CV est facile métro et taxi. Bref très bon rapport qualité prix! Surtout si vous aimez le calme!.
