Perfect for backpackers who are looking for a bit of privacy.

Aspectos positivos: The contact with the owners were really good and the location was close to everything that you’d need. The cleanliness was also exceptional. The room was really small but did fit all my needs.

Aspectos negativos: The room itself had a really intense smell of vanilla but I mentioned that to the owners and they took care of it, so no real complaint. The only thing that good a bit annoying was that the sink and the shower were leaking, so you’d be standing in a flooded bathroom every time you used it. Doesn’t seem like a quick fix because the water is coming out of the wall. But that’s nothing to worry about, at least as a guest since the facility was cleaned every single day.

Very good location for a budget traveller. The apartment is well managed.

Aspectos positivos: No breakfast, but a well-equipped kitchen to make your own food. The whole apartment is very well maintained, the housekeeper is there every morning and does a great job. The location is about 1 km from the smart/expensive area of Poblado and about the same distance to the Metro station. There are many restaurants of all prices locally and a small supermarket. The manager was helpful when I arrived before regular check in time. Good WiFi.

Aspectos negativos: The first room I had was far too small and access to clothes storage was difficult. Later I had a double size room and it was fine. But that room had a window opening onto the motorcycle workshop on the ground floor. The mechanics made a lot of noise shouting throughout the day. The windows in my room were louvre type and didn't shut out the noise. When I arrived I could see no bell or other way to attract the flat occupants on the upper floor. I hung around outside until the housekeeper arrived.

Excelente volvería con gusto.

Aspectos positivos: La acomodación es excelente, la ubicación del lugar es muy estratégica, y la atención del encargado fue muy adecuada.

Aspectos positivos: Me encanta la ubicación, es súper cerca a la calle 10 y parque poblado lo cual asegura buen comercio. En mi caso voy por trabajo y necesito solo descansar y el lugar cuenta con buen internet y su runciin

Aspectos positivos: Antes de llegas el host siempre estuvo demasiado pendiente de principio a fin, preguntándome constantemente sobre como me ha parecido la estancia haciéndome sentir realmente valorado. El apartamento es perfecto y las habitaciones tienen un equipamiento de hotel. Closet,espejo,abanico,camada cómoda, mini mesa de noche, caneca, toalla y como si fuera poco doble cobija! La cocina completamente equipada con Agua, te o tinto 100% Colombiano! Ubicado en el mejor sector sin ningún problema para desplazarse. El host cambio la llave de la entrada principal casi que de inmediato para que nos sintieramos mucho mas cómodos! Hay además un paraguas, realmente sin palabras con esta cantidad de detalles que nunca imagine. Palabra sobran de agradecimiento para tan increíble experiencia y con ansias de volver!
