Aspectos positivos: Hotel is very nice, has lots of open spaces and nature around it. Rooms were comfortable and our room had hot water which was a surprise because booking said it didn't.

Aspectos negativos: The extra fee for traveling with pets seems too high, charging a high amount where is almost more expensive to have a pet than a human is really unexpected. We had two dogs and were charged 160.000 just for one night, I understand that there can be some extra cleaning involved but that is ridiculous.

Aspectos positivos: Everything, there's not one bad thing about this resort. The rooms are great, the facilities are fantastic and the staff go over and beyond to cater for your every need. One of the best places I've stayed at hands down.

A lovely peaceful time with my partner.

Aspectos positivos: This is a a really nice property well off the beaten track. It has its own charm and staff were very friendly. Is this a five star American hotel chain? No, not at all. Don't go in thinking that. The rooms are duplex type little cottages, there is extensive walking areas outside that just give a nice relaxed feel.

Aspectos negativos: The road from Bogota to here is hell if you're not from Colombia. The bus system is very good, the switchbacks intense at times, and both google and waze overestimate the posted speed by about double. Nothing to do with the property but nothing bad to say.

Aspectos positivos: Las inatalaciones son exepcionales, me encantó la piscina grande, el área de juegos (con mesa de ping pong, mesa de pool, mesas para domino, ludo etc., cancha de tenis), la comida es excelente

Un lugar para desconectarse

Aspectos positivos: La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia, era de los módulos nuevos. Se preocupan por el uso responsable de energía en la reserva. El personal de recepción muy amable y servicial. Los planes ecológicos muy buenos y los guías excepcionales. Es una reserva muy bonita y relajante.

Aspectos negativos: La comida del restaurante y el servicio de meseros deben mejorarlo sustancialmente, ya que la comida no es buena y el personal está despistado y lento en la atención. Hay que tener en cuenta que en la región se come bastante mal así que si mejoran el servicio de restaurante serán más atractivos.
