Great value for money.

Aspectos positivos: Very pleasant and helpful team, especially at reception. Comfy bed. Plenty of space in the room.

Aspectos negativos: The shower area was a bit dated. For a 'pop art' hotel I expected something more exciting in the room.

Good! But there's a lot of noise at night

Aspectos positivos: Nice hotel overall. It has what you need and great value for what you pay. The clerk was very kind. The breakfast was great! Great location.

Aspectos negativos: The hotel is located in a very busy street at night. LOTS of noise to the point windows vibrate. You feel it even if you close the windows. Also the room was a bit dirty.

Amazing stay

Aspectos positivos: Clean centrally located, bed and pillows amazing, shower hit, everything we needed for a complete rest after a 3 day hike! Breakfast great staff friendly only need to keep food restocked for breakfast

Western style hotel-very good 👍

Aspectos positivos: After a 3 day trek in the Los Nevados Park this hotel was great-good size room, comfortable big king bed, strong hot shower- buffet breakfast till10am👍 it was everything we needed and very satisfying

Aspectos negativos: As we slept late we had to ask for some refills at the buffet breakfast-but staff brought more food no problem 😉

Excellent service and facilities

Aspectos positivos: The lady on reception was amazing (wish we had got her name) Helped us get a taxi and just overall exceptional customer service. Room was great and bed very comfy! Shower great too. The facilities exceeded our expectations for the price. Only thing to mention is plant based milk for breakfast would make it 10/10 :)
