Aspectos positivos: Great breakfast with good choice. Very large comfy, quiet room. Hotel staff very helpful able to put me in touch with tour company who organised a fabulous birdwatching trip at very short notice

Aspectos positivos: It’s very convenient and the staff are helpful and friendly. Overall very good value for money

Aspectos negativos: I requested the room with the balcony (505 I think) that I’d stayed at previously which was awesome. I was bringing my husband this time and wanted him to enjoy the view too. I guess it wasn’t available but the room we were given instead was perfectly pleasant if a little small.

Nice hotel with amazing staff

Aspectos positivos: The property is nice, the rooms spacious and as shown in the photos. Breakfast is OK but what I would like to mention is the great staff. I forgot my phone in the taxi from the bus terminal to the hotel and Jairo checked the video recording to get the license plate of the car, gave me his mobile phone while I went back to the terminal, at midnight, and kept on calling me to Chaco if everything was OK and to provide further instructions. How nice is that!!! I got my mobile back the following day thanks to the support of the hotel staff, the police and all the taxi drivers that helped to locate my driver.

Great hotel for a stay in the great city Manizales

Aspectos positivos: Very nice hotel in a good neighborhood, near a mall with a supermarket and stores. Nice staff. Great Continental breakfast with also several local foods. Very good.
