Great hotel, near almost everything!

Aspectos positivos: The ladies at the reception were amazing, very friendly and gave tips of places to go and helped with taxi's and ubers. They thaught us to dload the Didi app for uber use, these are cheaper than taxi's. They made us feel right at home. Good job ladies!!

Aspectos negativos: They really need to think about some sort of insulation for the windows or even thicker window glass (they were so thin and seemed loose, we were afraid they would fall out). Because of the busy street it can be very noisy on weekends. We got used to it at one point and slept great, but maybe for a family with young children it can be a thing.

Aspectos positivos: In general a clean and comfortable hotel. A bit sad that after six in the morning you hear the airplane and the traffic. Recommend double screen window to solve this problem.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is nicely situated in Laureles with easy access to the rest of the city. Good walking distance too for bars, restaurants, cafes, etc and a nice residential neighborhood towards the south (highly recommend Cafe Revolution southwest of the hotel). The room is spacious with a nice decor and comfortable bed, plus the shower has hot water. Each floor has its own Wi-Fi so we had a strong connection. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the reception is staffed 24/7 for additional security. TV works great too and can connect via bluetooth to headphones/speakers.

Aspectos negativos: The windows provide little to no insolation. The hotel is on the corner of two pretty busy roads so it felt like you were sleeping right next to the street. Diagonal from the hotel is a restaurant/bar that loves blasting music with equally loud patrons. Do your research on football games played at the neighboring stadium, as we didn't and were surprised by the fireworks & celebratory fans on the night we arrived. There must have been some incident that same night because we were woken by the police at 4am going door to door in the hotel, confirming the number of people in the room and if everything is alright. We weren't able to get more info about it the next morning. Our door also stopped being able to lock (twist knobs in both directions to make sure) but the staff helped us quickly to move to a different room. We also tried the airport service pickup from the hotel but the driver arrived without the proper form and airport security had us exit the car and get into a cab.

Hotel com ótima localização e excelente custo benefício.

Aspectos positivos: atendimento perfeito, localização apenas 2 quadras da calle 70 e excelente custo benefício

Aspectos negativos: a rua principal pode ser um pouco barulhenta pelo tráfego, mas não é um problema do hotel e sim da cidade. Recomendo hospedar em quartos no fundo.
