Aspectos positivos: Staff were helpful and super friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal for going to watch football at the stadium. Suramericana (a little sketchy and quiet after 10 pm) and Lauelles in close proximity as well as the metro stations. I'd definitely stay again especially if I'm going to a game.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast was pretty poor. The eggs tasted unusual and the pancake I had was revolting (something hard to get wrong). I took a pass the next day on my complimentary breakfast. The gym was limited with no weights.

Good hotel in a safe location

Aspectos positivos: Everything was spotless clean and we felt safe and all our iisues were solved very easily. Room cleaning was done every day. There is a restaurant on site that is open all day long. Across the street there is a D1 supermarket and 400 m away there is a commercial and financial centre called Exito. The area was safe and green.

Aspectos negativos: As the room's windows were opening to the hallways was hard to fall asleep due to the noise made by the people next door that were talking very loud late in the night. The matress was hard as a rock but after the first night they add on top a small matress that remediated the problem. Nobody speaks english

Aspectos positivos: Very good staff at the reception, the room was very clean and cosy, the garage for the car was easily accessible and safe

Aspectos negativos: The breakfast was very basic. The restaurant too small if a group of tourists was present and the food was just OK

Good place to stay few days. Nearby everything and comfortable.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is close to everything. Taxis front of the hotel all the time. A few minutes from the center of Medellin, Stadium and touristic points. Hotel as well have lift, friendly staff, parking 24h, comfortable room.

Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately during my stay in the hotel, they have a problem with the boiler and for three days we don't have hot water. Considering they're 4 stars hotel, takes so long to solve that situation, and other point which they should improve is the breakfast, everyday serving the same thing (calentado, uevo revuelto, queso, pan or tostada).

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente si vas al estadio. La habitación era pequeña pero con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía si no pensás pasar mucho tiempo allí. Tuvieron la deferencia de permitirme hacer el check in un par de horas antes.

Aspectos negativos: El desayuno es bastante simple, incluso el jugo y el café parecían aguados por de más. El gimnasio es una multifunción que está roto, si tiene una cinta, dos escaladoras y dos bicicletas que parecían funcionar bien. La habitación no tiene aislamiento, incluso el baño tiene una banderola abierta al pasillo que por su altura no puede cerrarse. El colchón era extremadamente duro.

Aspectos positivos: Ya conocía el hotel porque me alojé en pasadas oportunidades. Me gustó mucho la atención y amabilidad de los empleados del hotel y la limpieza que estuvo siempre excelente

Aspectos negativos: La habitación no tenía un escritorio o espacio para colocar el computador. No tenía closet y el mueble para colocar la ropa estaba muy alto, lo que hizo imposible su uso. Durante dos dias el hotel no tuvo agua en horas de la mañana, pero no por obras de las empresas de servicios públicos sino por decisiones de mantenimiento tomadas por el mismo hotel, sin que dieran aviso previo a los huespedes. El desayuno estuvo aceptable pero no tenian en cuenta comida para personas que no podemos consumir dulce. Por ejemplo el jugo venía azucarado y el desayuno tenia exceso de carbohidratos, limitando mucho la experiencia.
