Aspectos positivos: Close to airport... safe cabs to airport and around outside of hotel. Close to bus station 5 mins. Walk. Restaurants 1 min walk .Hotel clean and workers are friendly . You get much more than you pay for..First time in Colombia great safe place ..why stay anywhere else. ..Also do not have to worry about the workers stealing your stuff as you see on Utube ......

Good Location

Aspectos positivos: Good hotel for a couple of nights. Few minutes walk to the cathedral, shops, and restaurants. The room are basic and clean. Same for breakfast. Also, it is convenient if you want to stay closer to the airport . 25 min taxi ride and the share taxi stop is next to the hotel and leave frequently.

Aspectos negativos: The mattress was uncomfortable and could hear everything from the street.

A few minor inconveniences but I would stay here again.

Aspectos positivos: I arrived late at night after another confirmed hotel did not have vacancy. The girl at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. I was very stressed and tired after a long day of travel. The staff here were fantastic. Internet was great…..as a single female traveling alone, I felt very safe. Also, I liked that checkout was at 12:45 pm.

Aspectos negativos: The noise from the street below. In fairness, it was a taxi stand. Also, there was a small blood stain on my sheet but overall the room was clean and for the price, it was excellent. I didn’t like that they called around 12:15 to see when I would be vacating the room. Check out was 12:45pm. 😩

Good Value for price.

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast was good, just need to be later because it ends at 8:30am. Location is centeral which is excellent but at night after 9pm there is very little activity and can be a little uncomfortable to walk around as it is desolate.

Aspectos negativos: Breakfast times were too short and finished too early at 8:30, it should go later.
