Great place to stay

Aspectos positivos: Good hotel with good restaurant and great pool and faciliteis. Spacious rooms. But for the price you can also expect all of this. Comfortable airport transfer by mini-van. Even having a nice coffee and cookies in lobby.

Aspectos negativos: All was OK but for the price they charge you may also expect all of this as a minimum.

Good airport hotel

Aspectos positivos: Good hotel, very close to the airport with a shuttle every 30 minutes. They also offered a free ice cream, which was a nice bonus. The staff is friendly and the rooms are fine.

Aspectos negativos: They should include 2 free bottles of water for each room. The wi-fi wasn't the best. They should also add the option of an express breakfast since it's an airport hotel and some people leave very early.

Overall a very good stay, I would return another time

Aspectos positivos: Overall Everything is very good and had a very comfortable stay after a very long trip.

Aspectos negativos: The Coffee was terrible, seriously terrible, even in the restaurant. Also the coffee perculator in the room is no substitute for a clean clear kettle for boil water for tea and coffee in the room. The perculator is unsuitable for hot water and leaves a stail coffee taste in the water. For Colombia, which is famous for coffee, this was the most disapointing thing.

A wonderful place to stay and enjoy the fresh air and heated pool with the family!

Aspectos positivos: This hotel has wonderful amenities. It is great for families and is worth spending some time. The sauna and steam room and pool area are great, as is the breakfast buffet. Rooms are small but clean and functional. Late check out is a game changer. Also, the peacocks are charming. Everything is clean. Staff was always friendly and kind.

Aspectos negativos: We found it hard to get food and drink service around the pool area. I am not sure why the staff don't come out but we almost always had to go into the restaurant to ask for anything, even to pay our bill. Though the breakfast buffet is excellent, we found the food to be not great in either restaurant for lunch or dinner.

A fabuolous stay. Highly recommended!

Aspectos positivos: Close to the airport and the there is a shuttle that runs regularly. The communication is clear from the hotel and it's easy to find the shuttle. The breakfast buffé is amazing! So much to chose from. The hotel is clean, offers ameneties like schampoo, conditioner etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly and did a great job communicating in English. The pool is warmed up and there is a beautiful garden to walk around in, with peacocks roaming around! Very serene. The hotel offers spa treatments and there is a well equiped gym.

A little piece of Colombian heaven … right by the airport !

Aspectos positivos: This was a little piece of heaven after a long flight. Shuttle bus to the airport was great and although you are close to the airport it feels like you’re in the jungle and we heard no planes or noise at all. Restaurant and pool area are a particular highlight but whole place was great.

Aspectos positivos: Great hotel near the airport for an early flight. Nice room, quiet.

Staying close to the airport offering a shuttle bus took the stress out of catching an early flight

Aspectos positivos: We didn't get to enjoy this hotel enough because we arrived late (around 11:00pm) and had an early flight (6:20am) We ordered room service which was brilliant.
