Aspectos positivos: What I loved most about Refugio del Arboleda was the peaceful atmosphere. It truly feels like a hidden sanctuary surrounded by nature. The sound of the river and birds in the morning makes it easy to completely disconnect and rest. The property is beautiful, very green, and well cared for. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and everything feels clean and intentional. It’s the perfect place to slow down, swim in the river, and enjoy quiet time away from the city. Access to facilities at Rio Del Oro hotel is such a great luxury! They allow dogs which is a bonus and my dogs had the best time of their life The staff were kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more special. Thank you Andrea, Pavlo and everyone at Rio Del Oro who made such delicious food.

Aspectos negativos: There was some construction happening during my stay, as they were building a new cabin. At times, there was some noise because of this. However, I really appreciated how the staff handled it. They were understanding and kindly helped move me to a cabin further away from the construction area, which made a big difference. I truly appreciated their responsiveness and care.
