A nice little hotel in El Retiro.

Aspectos positivos: The staff were really nice, absolutely happy to go the extra mile. I felt at home.

Aspectos negativos: This might only be applicable for room 1, which is the one I was given, but there was really no noise insulation from the street or hallway. And since room 1 is before the main gate, you’re kind of shut off from the beautiful courtyard. If you’re not in Room 1, then that’s not an issue I guess!

Aspectos positivos: La limpieza, el buen gusto en la decoración, la buena atención del personal y la relación calidad - precio.

Aspectos negativos: Un pequeño daño en la llave de agua del lavamanos que produce algo de goteo al piso. No obstante es menor comparado con lo positivo de la experiencia.
