Beautiful place with awesome staff, albeit lacking attention in bedroom's insect isolation

Aspectos positivos: - incredible and friendly staff - café tour is a pleasant learning experience - beautiful surroundings to enjoy nature - good food (especially the desserts) - and of course, good coffee - it would've been a 10/10 score if the negative part did not occur as all the rest was great

Aspectos negativos: - we found two coakroaches in our bedroom. Our room was right in front of the woods, and the door gap with the floor was not covered, so insects could easily enter the room. At least Olga helped us past midnight and changed our room. I understand we can find any types of animals outside, but not inside, as there are ways to avoid insects entering rooms.

Exceptional. Beautiful place and stunning surroundings, exceptional food.

Aspectos positivos: Exceptional surroundings and very welcoming staff. The accommodation itself is an old Hacienda that looks as good as they can but with some more modern amenities added to it. Definitely recommend the coffee tour. Exceptional cooking, but do come hungry as the portions are generous!

Aspectos negativos: Nothing of note that we didn't like.

Beautiful and peaceful stay

Aspectos positivos: I loved everything about it! The staff was so nice and caring, always with a smile. The finca is in the middle of nowhere so it’s really peaceful and you only hear the sounds of birds. We also did a horseback ride, followed by a sunset at the top of the world which I highly recommend! I would go back here anytime
