Incredible nature experience, worth every cent

Aspectos positivos: Possibly best place to stay in the Guatape. Remote but with good access opportunity even for a normal car. Place provides everything what you need. Cannot even praise the experience enough. Modern cabins with nice beds, great staff, fantastic food, crystal clear river, during our stay we did not have problems with the bucks. The river has the perfect temperature (not too hot and not too cold). You can even find a good spot in between two giant rocks for a long-distance swim. Pricey but worth every cent.

Aspectos negativos: The hike in the riverbed up to the natural swimming pool was quite challenging for most of the group, most of which lacked proper shoes for the activity. It should be adapted according to the participants and/or the participants better informed about the conditions.

Just an excellent stay.

Aspectos positivos: All the meals were delicious. The location was perfect for a quiet and romantic getaway. The staff was excellent as was the facilities and activities. Experiencing and learning about the bees was exceptional.

Aspectos negativos: It would have been nice to have coffee in the room. The lights on the walkways shined straight up and not on the path.

Aspectos positivos: We loved the nature and the staff were very friendly. Especially enjoyed the guided hike.

Aspectos negativos: We were put in the cabana closest to the restaurant which was convenient, but it lacked privacy.

Aspectos positivos: Det är en unik anläggning som kombinerar spa och naturupplevelser med mycket bra mat till ett rimligt pris. Det är ovanligt med hotell som erbjuder vacker natur och fantastisk mat!

Aspectos positivos: La comida fue excelente y todo el personal muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades. El paseo incluido por la parcela fue muy interesante, y la cama, súper cómoda. En general, el servicio fue impecable. Nos recogieron en Medellín y nos llevaron de regreso, facilitándonos todo incluso con el cochecito de bebé para nuestra hija Aria. También nos ofrecieron purés y estuvieron siempre pendientes de nosotros. ¡Una experiencia maravillosa!

Aspectos negativos: Algunas cosas que podrían mejorar: El enchufe del secador está justo frente al grifo, lo que puede suponer un riesgo eléctrico. Sería ideal contar con una ducha dentro de la habitación para los días de lluvia. La ducha no tenía agua caliente al principio, pero lo solucionaron rápidamente en cuanto lo reportamos. Aspectos positivos: La limpieza, tiene un muy buen servicio, las cabañas son cómodas, muy confortables y ofrecen actividades dentro del plan como caminata

Lugar espectacular

Aspectos positivos: Muy bonita ubicación dentro del bosque. Instalaciones muy bonitos y cómodos y personal muy amable y atento

Aspectos negativos: Solo falta tener agua potable en los cuartos o un lugar para llenar botellas. Y tener café para hacer en la cabaña sería bueno también

Súper recomendable, lo del personal es pasable pero la experiencia fue genial.
