Aspectos positivos: I love the fact that everything is at your fingertips, there’s a spa, gym, grocery store, coffee shop, working space and lounge area. The staff (security guards) are amazing.

Aspectos negativos: That I had to leave and go home lol everything was amazing about the property

Aspectos positivos: Nice, conventiently located, and quiet location for Medellin. Truly. Hotel staff are very friendly, and the building feels secure. I was surprised to find there is a small store, coffee shop, gym, and spa.

Aspectos negativos: I'd be happy to pay a little more for a pre-arranged and more easily achieved towel and bedding change.

A lovely and convenient location. I will highly recommend.

Aspectos positivos: Being a person who appreciates nature, I truly enjoyed all the green spaces and in particular, the Cafe, It had such a breathable feel to it and it was very comfortable to enjoy meals and conduct work in. What an excellent location as well.

Aspectos positivos: The super modern equipment in the coworking space. The gym was very well-equipped. The staff was always helpful, responded super quickly via WhatsApp, and addressed all my requests. At the reception, people were very nice (even though they didn’t seem to speak English, it wasn’t an issue for me as I speak Spanish). The bathroom was super nice and well-designed. The kitchen was designed in a way that kept it hidden, which was a nice touch.

Aspectos negativos: No shampoo or proper toiletries were provided, I got 1 toilet paper role for my 2 weeks booking, had to request it extra and wait until 5pm to collect from reception. The toiletries provided (e.g., shower gel and soap) didn’t seem to make sense (e.g., items mismatched or poorly stocked). No cleaning service was included. I stayed for two weeks and was asked to pay extra $25 cleaning service, which felt overpriced. I could request new towels but had to collect them from the reception myself after 5pm. The kitchen access felt inconvenient as I had to move the sliding door every time I wanted to do laundry. The room was a bit small, although I understand this was because I booked a studio. Charging accessibility issue: The power outlet was far from the bed, so I couldn’t charge my phone conveniently with the cable I had, same for the night lamp switch, to far to reach without getting out of the bed.

A great stay in Medellín

Aspectos positivos: The property is perfectly situated in a very nice area of Medellín, an organic supermarket is a 5 minute walk away as well as a huge shopping mall, it is also close to the metro The building itself is very clean and well maintained, and the apartment is very comfortable with a fantastic view of the city.

Aspectos negativos: The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped and we didn’t end up using it much due to this (only 1 pan, no cooking utensils and chopping board etc) I also asked for our towels to be changed but that never happened. But all in all it is a very good property

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

Aspectos negativos: I needed to contact the host, but it was impossible. There was no soap, the door couldn’t be locked and the hair dryer was damaged.

Great location in Medellín, exceptional to bring your dog along!

Aspectos positivos: They let me hqve my dog and the apartment had everything needed. Super good!

Aspectos negativos: The hand out of the keys was a little delayed.

Aspectos positivos: Nice apartment with the city view, very quiet, comfortable space.

Aspectos negativos: Service when collecting keys. I waited an hour, no sorry... The washing machine did not work.

Aspectos positivos: All was excellent. Next time I come to Medellin will stay here again.
