Aspectos positivos: great location, some good staff some great and went the extra mile to solve any issues.

Aspectos negativos: my room had no closet for hanging cloths so you have to live out your suitcase but had huge kitchenette and jacuzzi in the room

Awesome place to stay

Aspectos positivos: This place is an awesome spot to stay at. The employees here are so nice and welcoming. It is very safe and hospitable. The location is great only a 2 min walk to Provenza. I’ve stayed here a few times and loved it every time.

Departamento muy cerca de Provenza.

Aspectos positivos: Lo mejor del departamento es la ubicación y la atención del personal.

Aspectos negativos: Lo que falta es darle mantenimiento al sistema de aire acondicionado, ya que no enfrían lo suficiente y gotean. Faltan espacios para colocar la ropa, ya que el que tienen es insuficiente.

Aspectos negativos: El personal que atiende la limpieza nunca fue en 5 días, cambiaron las toallas cundo lo solicitados, y se terminó el toilet paper, solo eso el resto Super Cool, solo para mejorar

genial, pero...

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es muy muy buena, a pocos pasos de la entrada a la calle Provenza y parque Lleras también, por ubicación muy recomendado, hay recepción 24h tema limpieza tienes que hablar con ellos para las horas que te vengan bien y la comunicación excelente. aceptan visitas solo hace falta porte su documentación y no hay ningun pago extra.

Aspectos negativos: el ruido si eres de sueño ligero te va costar dormir, el apartamento da a la calle ambas habitaciónes por eso al ser concurrida se suele escuchar mucho ruido de coches.

Due notti nella zona più sicura di Medellin

Aspectos positivos: Posizione perfetta, molto vicina a locali e ristoranti, in una zona sicura della città. Appartamento molto bello con 4 camere e 4 bagni molto funzionale. Consigliato.

Aspectos negativos: Abbiamo chiesto che venisse pulito l'appartamento (che era incluso nel prezzo) ma non è stato fatto. Non è possibile fare colazione all'interno della struttura.
