Amazing stay - We are coming back for sure

Aspectos positivos: Great rooms, super friendly service. The location is excellent (a great area). The highlight is the rooftop pool (which you can book for free). I'll definitely be back!

My favourite place in Laureles

Aspectos positivos: My second time staying here and won't be my last. Such a good location, right next to a shopping mall with a huge grocery store. Love the neighbourhood of Laureles, it's quiet, calmer than Poblado and very residential. Also love evenings in the rooftop jacuzzi and that you book it so you can enjoy the space with just your group.

Aspectos positivos: Friendly staff, great location.. close to the shopping mall Unicentro for convenience and great restaurants nearby.

Aspectos negativos: a door bracket to be placed on every floor to stop the doors from slamming would receive a 10 out of 10 rating.

Aspectos positivos: The staff were helpful and super accommodating. The room was super comfortable and had plenty of natural light! The jacuzzi was super toasty and private, definitely enjoyed the rooftop, as it also had a fridge. Also the room I had had two full bathrooms!

Wonderful stay in Medellin

Aspectos positivos: Staff was very good at communicating and available to help at all times. The room was very lovely, comfortable stay. The hot tub at night was such a treat.

Aspectos positivos: Location was excellent, staff were very nice and service-oriented. Christina was very attentive. There was another kind gentleman who always opened the door for us. We really appreciated that. All three people who worked at the desk were wonderful. Coming from the tourism industry, I truly appreciate the attention to detail and service; it’s what makes this place so special! The rooms were spacious and perfect for our group, and the big surprise was the balcony with its incredible view 10/10! The location is perfect, and we even loved the option to do laundry at no cost. If I could suggest two improvements, they would be adding a full-body mirror and perhaps creating a small area for guests to work out. A light touch-up of the rooms would also be nice, but overall, this was a really wonderful hotel experience
