Aspectos positivos: The staff were amazing looking to solve the concern with the noisy pub outside of our window. they moved us the next day to a quitter room. communication was very good via WhatsApp and personal face to face. room was very comfortable and clean. bathroom was the best with hot showers. 3 blocks from some very good restaurants and bars

Aspectos negativos: first night was rough due to late night noise from the pub. need to put some double glassing in to support making it quitter. they moved us to a better a quitter room the next day.

Amazing hotel

Aspectos positivos: The room is spacious, clean, and well-lit. The air conditioning is a must-have these hot days in Medellín, and the balcony is lovely for relaxing after a long day of walking. The morning shift staff is exceptional; we requested airport transfers and arrived super fast. Thank you! 😃

Aspectos positivos: Foret Lofts is simply amazing! We wished that we could somehow transport this place to every other city we visited. It's located in a slightly quieter part of the bumping Laureles neighborhood, just a block or two away from all the busy restaurants, bars and coffee shops. There's a large grocery store a few minutes walk away. The area felt totally safe at night, and we weren't disturbed by loud music or rowdy people. The suite itself is almost brand new and felt absolutely luxurious compared to everywhere else we stayed in Colombia. Amazing hot shower, great air conditioning, nice towels, comfy bed, storage space -- very little room for improvement. 24 hour desk with a secured entrance and kind staff. A free water cooler and coffee in the lobby. Very reasonable price for such a great location and amenities. They let us check in early at no extra cost.

Aspectos negativos: There is an alarm system (?) in the hallways that beeps constantly, like every 2 - 5 minutes all night long. If your room is near the elevator this could drive you insane. It's not an issue if you wear ear plugs, but it's hard to understand why they have this. I would not recommend paying extra for the balcony suites. The balcony itself is nice, but the glass is very thin and it allows extra noise in from the street. The hotel is surrounded by several auto shops that are at work early in the morning.

Foret Loft, céntrico y cómodo

Aspectos positivos: La atención del personal fue excelente. Una de nosotras llegó muy temprano y le ofrecieron inmediatamente la habitación sin pagar por un early checking. También tuvo problemas con el cambio de moneda en el aeropuerto y en el front desk se ofrecieron a ayudarla, pagando el taxi y cargando el monto a la cuenta del hotel. Todo muy bien. No tenía paraguias y me prestaron uno.

Aspectos negativos: Tomamos una habitación familiar con una cama queen y una de plaza y media. No nos dieron el cobertor, solo sábanas, decían que no había. Aunque después de pedirlo, nos lo trajeron, aunque se demoraron un poco.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación La atención de una chica delgadita de recepción y de los señores muy amables y siempre tienen café y puedes tomarlo sin costó Está muy cerca de todo y son muy accesibles me gustó que te dejan artículos de limpieza y si no llevas algo puedes comprarlo ahí mismo y la verdad el precio se me hizo justo

Aspectos negativos: Que tienen el Roku, pero tú tienes que poner tú cuenta si quieres ingresar a plataformas digitales, siento que éso en éstos días ya es una prioridad y si no tienes cuenta pues sólo ves la tv abierta. El baño es muy chico

Aspectos positivos: La terraza, la zona de cocina, tenía todo para poder uno hacer su desayuno, nos ofrecían café en recepción, muy buena zona

Aspectos positivos: Lugar con muy buena ubicación, muy cómodo y agradable, se logra un muy buen descanso.en general habitación grande, espaciosa y un baño muy limpio

Aspectos negativos: La cama debería ser un poco más grande tipo Queen pero se logra un buen descanso y al ingreso te toman foto de tus documentos con un celular lo cual me parece un procedimiento muy poco estándar por la sensibilidad de los datos en un país como Colombia, debería existir una hoja membretada del hotel para tranquilidad de los huéspedes
