Aspectos positivos: Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Staff was accommodating. Location was central and secure.

Aspectos negativos: If I’m really nitpicking, the apartment was not spotless. It could have been a tad bit cleaner and there was an iron but no iron board. All very small details. Definitely recommend staying here!

Housy - An amazing experience

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was amazing, everything worked, The areas is very safe, you'll see people walking their dogs very late at night. There are restaurants and bars at walking distance and there are supermarkets and a shopping mall (6 mins walk away). Uber is cheap so going to explore Medellín is super easy. Also because there is a sign outside with the name of the building, it's easy to order take out and the delivery people will be able to find it quickly.

Clean, comfortable apartment near many good cafes and restaurants

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was clean, very spacious for 2 of us and has great shower pressure. The sheets were really soft and silky which was a pleasant surprise and beds were comfortable. Lounge is comfortable with big TV and kitchen has what you would need. Staff didn't speak much English but were very helpful and responsive.

Aspectos negativos: The air con units are the standalone ones which were SO loud we would not have been able to sleep with it on. Luckily we didn't need it overnight if we cooled the room before sleeping. The location was good for restaurants but far from a metro station. I received many WhatsApp messages, emails and Booking.com reminders which was a bit OTT. Also got WhatsApp messages from different accounts from Housy which was confusing and thought it was a scam (as I almost fell for a scam imitating Housy, so beware!).

Amplitud y paz familiar: donde el clima fue mi mejor aliado

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento amplio, limpio, en una zona muy tranquila y familiar.

Aspectos negativos: Algo en lo que podrian mejorar es la ventilacion de los baños y el aire acondicionado demasiado ruidoso, simplemente no lo usabamos al momento de dormir, no fue problema por el clima fresco de la ciudad.
