The perfect pick

Aspectos positivos: This was the perfect stay. Clean! Brand new! Comfortable! Spacious! Very kind and super responsive host. A perfect location, close enough to the town square and all the restaurants and shops, but far enough removed to be peaceful/tranquil, and a more comfortable enjoyable place. Literally a 5 minute walk away from the center. Host was super sweet and respectful and gentle and super responsive.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing not to like. If I come back to Guatape, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Great affordable price and value too! Can’t beat it!

Aspectos positivos: L’appartement était neuf. Situé devant le grand parking ( vue pas folle) il dispose d’une cuisine équipée, machine à café , café, eau chaude avec de la pression et même machine à laver.

Aspectos negativos: Le lit simple est très dure et comme toujours il n’y a pas de volet.

Muy buena opcion para quedarse en Guatape!

Aspectos positivos: La atencion de quien estaba a cargo del alojamiento fue excelente. Muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos o problema que tuvieramos. El apartamento era muy bonito y estaba muy limpio.

Aspectos negativos: La unica razon por la que no le doy la calificacion maxima es la siguiente: - El inodoro del baño principal no bajaba el agua. Tenia una fuga y habian cerrado el paso del agua. Pero no nos comentaron de eso y no lo habian arreglado. Hubo que bajar siempre al primer piso para usar el inodoro aunque fuera de madrugada. - La ventana de la habitacion no abria. - La cerradura no se podia asegurar dandole doble llave. Aunque Guatape no es que sea inseguro, si daba un poquito de miedo cerrar el apartamento sin seguro. Si le ponen atencion a esos detalles las estancia seria perfecta! Porque del resto fue todo muy bueno.

Aspectos positivos: La decoración del sitio muy bonita y todo se ve nuevo El sitio cuenta con todo lo necesario y el host súper pendiente de todo lo que necesitamos. Y está ubicado muy cerca del parque central de Guatapé. Volvería a hospedarme aquí sin dudarlo

Aspectos negativos: Lo único es que no nos funcionó en ese momento el agua caliente sin embargo se pudo solucionar caentando el agua.
