Aspectos positivos: We liked the location of the building right by the bus station and a short walk to the square. A waterfront area is right across the street with a play area for the kids. We liked the hot showers and comfortable beds. We liked the homey décor and the nice façade of the building. The balcony was great for people watching, though it didn't have any furniture on it. The staff we met in person were friendly.

Aspectos negativos: Communication with the hosts was confusing. Different people must have been messaging us with different platforms, asking us to pay in advance in complicated ways, and not realizing what the other said on the other app (WA and Booking). At check in, no one was at reception and we needed to ask a restaurant employee and a friendly guest to help us track down an employee. We made several requests for bed top sheets and a pillowcase before it was resolved. Our apartment door had one of the locks broken off, which didn't feel safe although the other lock worked. The noise from the nearby bar kept us up on the weekend. WIFI was spotty and cut out frequently. The living space had no curtains to block sunshine or offer privacy. With some changes this could be a top-notch accommodation choice.

Aspectos negativos: Cuesta un poco regular el agua de la regadera, de repente sale muy caliente o muy fría, pero en general todo bien.
