Apartamento moderno, cómodo, amplio y agradable.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es amplio, cómodo, moderno. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia acogedora. Está muy bien ubicado cerca a la plaza principal de Itagüí. Por la noche hay tranquilidad en la zona y en las habitaciones no se siente ruido de la calle. En la misma cuadra hay establecimientos comerciales para realizar las compras que se requieran para la estadía (comestibles, aseo, etc.).

Aspectos negativos: El edificio no tiene ascensor, lo cual es algo a tener en cuenta si alguien tiene dificultades para subir 5 pisos por escaleras, p. ej, tercera edad.
