A magical spot close to nature and Manizales.

Aspectos positivos: Chami's glampings are dope and create magical, unforgettable vibes. It's such a chill atmosphere that totally connects you with nature. Juan Pablo, the dude in charge of check-in and giving us tips, was super nice. He recommended the horseback riding with Mr. Rivas, and the guy who handles transportation was really professional and attentive. The people here are warm and always ready to help out and solve any issues.

Aspectos negativos: I made a reservation for several days, and since I wasn't aware of how far it was from Manizales, I was really looking to relax but also wanted to visit the city. Juan Pablo was great at coordinating transportation for me, but one day a lady treated me poorly and told me they couldn’t keep the door open past 11 PM, so I had to come back at the time she set. I asked if I could check out a day early, understanding that I wouldn't get a refund since I had paid upfront. I made some purchases and stayed for several days, and I requested to come back another time or to get a voucher for a future stay. However, the hotel's policies are super strict, and in my opinion, they don't really care about the customer. Honestly, I didn't feel well treated by the management at Glamping, and they didn't seem to care about my booking status.

Aspectos positivos: Expérience inoubliable en immersion dans la nature avec des équipements haut de gamme comme le jaccuzi privatif, la mise à disposition d’une enceinte ou le filet avec vue sur les montagnes pour lire ou bronzer Il y a même la Clim dans la bulle pour la journée Nous avons beaucoup aimé la douche extérieur Le petit déjeuner copieux nous était servis sur notre grande terrasse privative ce qui fut très apprécié Notre hôte était très gentil et serviable et s’est occupé de notre transfert retour, merci beaucoup!!

Aspectos positivos: El lugar es espectacular y el personal de atención también, el domo, la tina, las instalaciones, la ducha, el concepto natural, todo muy bien puesto, muy bien construido. La privacidad también en su punto correcto, nos atendieron muy bien. Agregamos los masajes relajantes y el paseo en cuatrimotos, los masajes quedaron perfectos acompañados de los sonidos de la montaña y la naturaleza, el paseo en cuatrimotos estuvo bien por los paisajes y la zona.
