Aspectos positivos: The room it’s super clean and comfortable, you have the opportunity to cook in your room which for us was nice preparing our own breakfast. The location it’s really good very close to metro which is literally 5 minutes walk . The stuff is nice and polite.

Aspectos negativos: There’s nothing i didn’t like .

Overall i liked our stay, will book again definitely.

Aspectos positivos: It‘s located in a good neighborhood, more isolated from the city noises, is not very far from restaurants by foot and the stuff is very friendly.

Aspectos negativos: You can still hear from the other rooms the noises, but in general that’s something you have to get used to in Colombia.

A quiet place to stay in Medellín.

Aspectos positivos: The location is super nice and quiet. I liked that was close to some tourist attractions. The boys in reception were so kind and helpful. The room was small but comfortable enough to accommodate your needs. The WiFi was super fast and the TV worked well.

Aspectos negativos: Everything was fine.

Aspectos positivos: The location was very central. Walking distance to the metro, a wide variety of restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Safe area. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Steven was amazing with us and helped us anytime we needed. When advertising the apartments, they don't mention there is no daily cleaning. So, don't expect the room to be cleaned. You need to keep asking for extra toilet rolls, bin bags, and clean towels. So the place is more like an Airbnb and not a hotel.

Aspectos negativos: The apartments need a little update (some taps were loose, not enough equipment in the kitchen kitchen, and some blankets were in poor condition. .The sliding door leading to the main entrance didn't lock, so we didn't feel safe. We reported it, and they seemed not to be bothered about it. When we arrived, they allocated us on the ground floor, which was not great. The apartment was next to the gate, so we could hear everything from outside, people on the street, and guests coming in and out. We complained, and they moved us to another apartment as sleeping there was impossible. The bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. We reported, and the cleaning lady came right away to clean it and disinfected it again. The other apparttmnet have a better light, but still they need update and some work done. The cleanliness was not great in the apartments.

Great place, good value - I would go back for a short stay despite the hard bed!

Aspectos positivos: The studio or suite was spatious and airy, with nice views (404). It was very quiet - I was even able to sleep with the window open. Staff were friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is leafy and the house is near the floresta metro.

Aspectos negativos: I recommend fixing the broken roller blind in 404, which is over the desk/table, so people can open fully and enjoy the great view. I also recommend more generosity with toilet paper - I didn’t even get half a roll and it was difficult to deal with this while running around for work Finally, the bed was very hard , so I had back and neck pain - when the time comes for renewal I recommend investing in specialist mattresses which are neither hard nor soft and suit most tastes.

A reasonably decent place to stay

Aspectos positivos: A really good location. We asked to be allocated a different room at check-in because we weren’t happy to be next to the social area in the ground floor and they agreed. Staff were nice. We could watch Netflix in the room on the logged in account. Good washing machine and drying space in the room. Big shower head, hot with good pressure.

Aspectos negativos: The room was okay but had lots of little minor issues - shower door didn’t close as doors were too big for space, soap dispenser didn’t work, tap in kitchenette sink was loose, ceiling lights were only half working. It didn’t change much but the room has been rushed. There was no room service so the toilet tissue trash bin was the same for a 5 night stay.

Really nice studio appartment

Aspectos positivos: Quite spacious apartment. Very comfortable bed, hot shower, good washing machine. Nice that it had a private patio where you could sit comfortably, with a transparent roof guarding you from the rain. Staff was really nice and tried to help as much as possible. Quiet, safe area to stay in. Close to metro and supermarkets.

Aspectos negativos: If it's cold outside, there is not a lot of space to sit inside (besides on the bed).

Good value apartment

Aspectos positivos: Very good value for money, good facilities and not too far to travel to get to restaurants or attractions.

the host was extremely helpful

Aspectos positivos: Very clean, kindly stuff and owners! Close to restaurants, bars, supermarket, stadium and Floresta metro station (200m). With full equipment kitchen, laundry and comfort bathroom. Tv, air condition. Café and breakfast! Nice apartments!
