Aspectos positivos: Amazing apartment! Loads of room, super comfy, great shower and kitchen facilities

Aspectos negativos: Nothing - it was perfect

Aspectos positivos: Location is perfec, close to Santafe Mall. The studio was great. The gym and cafe was nice. Great place to stay.

Nice studio with great views of the city

Aspectos positivos: Our studio was very nice and clean with great views of the city. There is 24-hour security on the ground floor which was nice. There wasn't anything interesting within walking distance from the property but it was easy and quick to get an Uber to where we wanted to go. Our studio didn't have a washing machine but there was a communal washing machine and dryer on our floor that was easy to use (it cost 2K Colombian pesos in cash each - note that they don't provide washing liquid but we had our own so it wasn't an option). The market on the ground floor was convenient but very expensive - it sold mainly snacks and some bathroom/kitchen supplies. The co-working area was nice too.

Aspectos negativos: On our first day there, our neighbours were playing loud music until 11 pm. No top-up supplies were offered so if we needed anything (e.g. more toilet paper) we had to buy it ourselves (housekeeping had an extra charge). Also, the kitchen equipment offered weren't the cleanest and the floor at the communal corridor outside our studio wasn't in great condition.

Great Location Wiith A Comfortable King Bed

Aspectos positivos: The facilities and bed were very comfortable. It's a great place to crash and on the opposite side of the busy and lively El Pablado neighbourhood.

Aspectos negativos: We had to get the wifi and additional room key from a WhatsApp # instead of the front desk, which is only manned by a security guard. It's definitely a minimalist set up, so we needed all the into upfront.

Aspectos positivos: It was very modern, really felt comfortable during my stay. The view was amazing every day. It’s a 10 minute walk to Santa Fe mall but there isn’t really a lot around on walking distance I’d say. Pretty calm area in poblado. The property has a restaurant where you can work or hang out with a nice vibe.

Aspectos negativos: The floor in my bath room wasn’t really good it was split open and uncomfortable to walk on. I’d recommend the owner to fix that

Good stay

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is amazing, nice location, very clean and had everything I needed for 4 days. The view is beautiful. It was calm and I slept so good there. The building is well secured

Aspectos negativos: I just wish they had coffee for the coffee machine which was there.

Aspectos positivos: Lots of space. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the gym and the views. Very near a large mall and not far from public transport. Host was very easy to get hold of if needed.

Aspectos negativos: The WiFi wasn't the best, it would often stop working. However usually restarting the router helped. It wasn't clear the included cleaning had to be pre-booked.

Aspectos positivos: Nice, clean, functional apartment, small shop in the building, very responsive host

Aspectos negativos: Sound from the corridor was loud all day long, safe wasn't working but was quickly replaced (by an unattached unit)

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful modern apartment, with everything I needed in the kitchen, including filter coffee machine, juicer, microwave, large fridge freezer, oven, hob and washing machine. Bed was really comfortable and the apartment had blackout blinds, helpful for this light sleeper.

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Aspectos positivos: Anfangs war ich aufgrund der Bewertungen skeptisch, doch wurde positiv vom Gegenteil überzeugt! Alles hat super funktioniert. Das Zimmer war super, das Bette sehr bequem und die Aussicht mega! Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Aspectos negativos: Es wäre noch schön gewesen, man hätte einen Föhn auf dem Zimmer gehabt und einen Abfalleimer in der Küche.
