Aspectos positivos: me gustaron muchísimo las instalaciones, en general. El departamento es muy hermoso, estaba muy bien equipado, era nuevo, limpio y con unas vistas extraordinarias de la ciudad. Las instalaciones comunes son muy completas y proporcionan un confort extraordinario. El trato del personal, especialmente del propietario, fue excelente, cercano y en todo momento atento para que la estancia fuera muy agradable. Sin duda alguna repetiré.

Excellent for those looking for a comfortable room and quiet neighborhood.

Aspectos positivos: This was the 2nd time a stayed at this property. As I mentioned on my previous stay, this is a very comfortable room, with a/c, kitchenette and all the basic utensils you might need. Quiet zone, nearby two big and modern shopping mall and walking distance from the Aguacatala train station if you like to use the metro once in a while as I do to get a better vibe of the city and the residents. So, all and all this place for me is a very good choice.

Aspectos positivos: La suite fue increíble, demasiado cómoda, limpia, acogedora, súper bien ubicada, ideal para descansar ya que no hubo molestias en cuanto a ruido en las noches… El propietario de la suite fue muy amable desde antes de que llegáramos, nos brindó recomendaciones, estuvo muy pendiente y atento todo el tiempo, volvería a hospedarme en esta suite!

I would stay here again next time I visit Medellín.

Aspectos positivos: Very nice, spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful view, a kitchenette, private bathroom with hot water, cable tv, closet and safe. Walking distance from two big shopping centers and the train station of Aguacatala. The building has washing and drying machines so you can do your laundry for a very fair price. My reservation included breakfast and each day I could choose one of three basic options that were good enough to get me started. The owner was always available to answer any questions and provide recommendarions on interesting places and the best nearby restaurants to visit. I highly recommend this place.

Aspectos positivos: Da sich die Suite relativ weit oben befindet hat man Tagsüber sowie in der Nacht eine unfassbare Aussicht auf Medellín. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr sauber. Das Internet ist hervorragend und Netflix etc. Funktioniert auch einwandfrei auf dem Fernseher. Frühstück gibt es a la carte.

Aspectos negativos: Frühstücks Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt.
