Aspectos positivos: Great location very close to Metro station and large supermarket. 24/7 front desk staff where always friendly so felt safe the entire time we were there. Nice little gym to use for basics. Paid washing machine available. Lovely rooftop to chill out on.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment wasn't very well ventilated with the two windows and with no AC made the apartment a bit uncomfortable at night, having to blast the little fan. The kitchen was decently equipped with pots, pans and utensils but had no dish rack which was annoying.

Aspectos positivos: The location is fantastic, very close to metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, cafe's and the area feels safe. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Very clean and modern. Bed is good, I slept very well.

Great option in Medellin

Aspectos positivos: Really enjoyed the apartment, had everything we needed close by, area safe enough to walk around and Laura on hand with any advice and info we needed.

Aspectos negativos: Close to metro was convenient but did mean some noise, but it is a big bustling city so some noise to be expected wherever you stay... Perhaps ask for a room on top floors for best views.

Amazing stay in Medellin

Aspectos positivos: The location of the building in Laureles is outstanding, right in the heart of the city. Its proximity to the metro station made commuting very easy. I appreciated being surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, and the area felt incredibly safe. The building itself is a gem. It’s modern, recently opened, and the terrace offers a stunning view. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. The 24/7 reception and laundry room were convenient additions. The apartment was the highlight. It’s well-designed, separating different living areas. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the round window not only provided a beautiful view but also let in plenty of light. It’s perfectly equipped for a longer stay, with all the essentials like a dining table. In summary, my stay was both comfortable and convenient. I’d definitely return!

Excelente lugar para hospedarse.

Aspectos positivos: El encargado, Carlos, que persona tan diligente, dispuesto, atento, más halla del deber. De los empleados el único con este carisma. El café es bueno, pero los costos muy altos. Hubo problemas para usar el servicio de vapores. Por lo demás todo normal, excelente lugar para hospedarse, lo recomiendo mucho.

Aspectos negativos: La atención de los demás empleados puede ser mejor, como claramente lo demostró Carlos.
