Remote, beautiful and romantic.

Aspectos positivos: The property is located in a very magical place, with beautiful views of the Cauca Valley. Simple stunning. The main issue for this property is the difficulty to access it. It is located in a rural property, with a 25 minute dirt road ride off the main paved road. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended to access the main property and some of the cabins. Otherwise the property is amazing if you are looking for an exclusive and remote get away with beautiful views.

Aspectos negativos: The access road is a dirt road, and one should have an off road vehicle to access

Aspectos positivos: Great location and comfortable rooms. The kitchen serves great food, our compliments! Would be nice for international quests when staff learn to speak some basic English. After all, it's 2025 and Colombia promotes English as second language for over 10 years.

Great Potential with Warm Hospitality and amazing view

Aspectos positivos: Despite its potential, there are still areas where this place could improve its service. The rooms are pleasant, comfortable, and clean, but there's a noticeable lack of sufficient lighting for those wanting to work indoors. On a positive note, the stunning view enhances the experience, and the communal pool meets expectations. While the background music is enjoyable, it tends to be somewhat repetitive, and the staff and guests create a friendly atmosphere.

Aspectos negativos: The price you pay for one night should warrant impeccable service. While the staff are friendly, it's evident that they lack experience and are doing their best. During my stay, there were issues with water and electricity, yet information about these problems was not readily provided unless I inquired. Additionally, the food service, particularly breakfast, took over an hour to be served after ordering. The kitchen and waitstaff were not coordinated, resulting in delayed food delivery, cold beverages, and incorrect orders or ingredients being commonplace. While my experience wasn't terrible, the level of inexperience among the staff is not acceptable given the high price point, exceeding that of a 5-star hotel. Consequently, the value for money is around 8. The only redeeming factor is the impressive view, which might entice me to return despite these shortcomings
