Aspectos positivos: We stayed here for over a week and extended our stay. It's truly the perfect co-living space. Everything is super clean, check-in is quick, the internet is great for work, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bed is very comfortable! The staff is absolutely wonderful! Thank you, we'd love to stay here again! We highly recommend it!

Cheap, clean and secure hotel in the middle of Belen. Rooms are small, but good value for money!

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Helpful hosts. Safe and secure. Very clean.

Aspectos negativos: If you stay on the ground floor, you'll be woken up by the cleaners at 8am constantly talking for an hour, and opening the cleaning cupboards - they are very loud.

Aspectos positivos: Easy to access & good facilities. Good quality bed & shower was excellent.

Aspectos negativos: The room was quite small. A little more information forwarded prior to, or on access would have been helpful such as wifi code. We were only there for one night & didn't receive the code until the following morning.

Aspectos positivos: the whole building is very nice and clean. you have terrace on the rooftop from where you can see hills of Medellin. the neighborhood is quite and safe. grocery shops and cafes within walking distance. rooms were very clean, you have kitchenette and bar fridge. clean bathroom. AC, TV.

Aspectos negativos: if you are coming from country with triple-glass windows you might say it is noisy sometimes :) but this is just how it is in colombia :)

A bit like in a private home

Aspectos positivos: Nice place to discover Laurelles. Clean place, perfectly equipped for a stay of Up to a week. Check-In is smooth and contact with Host uncomplicated via WhatsApp. Would stay there again.

Aspectos negativos: The House next to 80Coolliving is under construction (11/2023) and therefore it is noisy during the day.

Aspectos positivos: Modern, free check-in, good location, the bathroom is very nice with instantly hot water.

Aspectos negativos: Very loud, windows are not isolated from the noisy avenue. The door also is not isolated, looks like it’s always open because of the noise. The cleaning stuff in the morning is noisy and doesn’t respect the silence of the hall. I had to listen to their chat during their daily routine. Not very professional. Kitchen is poor of stoves, could be improved. Communication via WhatsApp or booking is not efficient. I had to repeat many times my topics before to really get assisted. The place is tiny compared to the pictures but cozy.

Comfortable and clean

Aspectos positivos: The terrace was great and had great views. The room was small but very nice and the facilites were good, nice bathroom, perfect, safe, clean, decent location.

Aspectos negativos: Some construction work going on nearby. Probably temporary

Aspectos positivos: Very well located, confortable bed and excellent shower. Super clean, smart tv, kitchen tools available. If you need to work, there is a small desk with a good chair in the room.

Aspectos negativos: I had some communication trouble when i checked in. Waited for a long time to get the wifi password. It would be nice if they put a small paper with this kind of information in the room.

Aspectos positivos: Facilidad de ingreso. Ascensor, aire acondicionado. Todo aún bastante nuevo.

Aspectos negativos: La habitación tiene un leve mal olor por alguna humedad. No pude determinar si era en general o alguna cañería. La cafetera estaba curtida con restos al parecer quemados. No pude prepararme el café.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, la limpieza, los detalles. Todo impecable.
