Nice hotel with friendly staff who does everything they can to help you.

Aspectos positivos: VERY friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean and nice! Good food and drinks. They even arranged an alternate breakfast for me because I had to leave very early.

Aspectos negativos: My goodness, why are all beds in Colombia so hard?! Seems this way everywhere there, including this hotel. I liked this hotel and the staff was great. But I was woken in the night by a noisy party not at the hotel itself but at a house below and across from the hotel.

Aspectos positivos: Tamesis is such a lovely town, and Jaibana Spa provided a nice and relaxing stay for our time there.

Aspectos negativos: If you are a bit taller / larger, the beds are quite small, so book a room with two beds.

Quiet & Comfortable

Aspectos positivos: Great food for both breakfast and dinner. We appreciated Margarita's hospitality and attentiveness to our needs. The location is walking distance to the center of the town. We had a wonderful time.

Aspectos negativos: We had difficulty finding the location by car since Google Maps didn't direct us to the main entrance. We asked locals for help and eventually found it. It would be helpful if there were road signs with arrows leading to the entrance.

Una buena eleccion de hospedaje

Aspectos positivos: El paisaje que tiene la cabaña hacia la montaña, el sonido de la naturaleza, la hamburguesa casera es deliciosa, buena atencion de Ingrid y Margarita , es relativamente cerca del parque.

Aspectos negativos: Todo salio super, la experiencia fue positiva

Aspectos positivos: Paisaje , ambiente campestre., buena alimentación., amabilidad del personal.

Aspectos negativos: El Jacuzzi debería estar incluído en el servicio., o al menos al promocionar hacer claridad en costo adicional.

Ein sehr besonderer Ort

Aspectos positivos: Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit vielen Details. Die Aussicht auf die Landschaft ist wunderbar und ebenso gab es viele Vögel zum Beobachten. Das Personal war sehr angenehm und immer hilfsbereit. Das Essen zum Abendessen und Frühstück war sehr lecker, wobei man auch vom Restaurant eine wunderbares Landschaftspanorama hatte. Das alles hat es zu einem sehr besonderen Aufenthalt gemacht.

Experiencia relajante

Aspectos positivos: me gusto mucho la habitación, linda, excelente vista, cama cómoda, un lugar romantico y muy relajante, es una experiencia completa. La alimentación ni se diga, es deliciosa y muy buena atención, el hotel queda a dos cuadras del parque, es en subida lo cual puede ser agotador pero es facil llegar, incluso si no se quiere caminar una moto puede llevarlos. si no estuviera ubicado alli no tendria esa vista tan espectacular

Aspectos negativos: todo me gustó, el jacuzzi podría ser un poco mas grande

Un lugar para volver y recomendar.

Aspectos positivos: El silencio y la paz del lugar. Tiene de fondo una quebrada especial. La vista a la montaña es genial. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario. Tal vez, en un futuro, sería rico tener una nevera pequeña para conservar las cosas frías. El personal amable y dispuesto a la atención al cliente.
