Great place but very inconvenient check-in process

Aspectos positivos: Amazing place, clean and accurate to the photos, and great host. We had a lovely time!!

Aspectos negativos: The check in process is annoying and inconvenient which is why it wasn't a 10 star. They focus on getting money when they don't even have change to give back & they don't let anyone up till the check in process is done which is very inconvenient, unaccommodating, and lacking customer service. Some of us had to use the bathroom badly yet we had to wait in the lobby with all our bags, when there was no space. Why not instead let some of the group up while one does check in. The guards are super slow too and have no sense of urgency, which is disrespectful! You work for the people that stay here! It's not comfortable and it's very inconsiderate of travelers, no one is going to steal and not pay, trust your guests or don't rent your place out.

Aspectos positivos: Excelente estancia, un lugar limpio, cómodo, con todo los utensilios completos y de primera calidad, seguro, cerca a D1, centro comercial el tesoro y éxito, con buena atención del personal. Cerca a parque Lleras.
