Great location, staff and price.

Aspectos positivos: The owner, even though not on location, was excellent coordinating all my requests and needs. She was available at all times via messages. Very friendly and the location was excellent due to proximity of restaurant, public transportation. Very safe area to walk day or night.

Aspectos negativos: Apartment is on the 4th floor via indoor stairs and locking gates to access the building were a little challenging.
