Aspectos positivos: Very spacious, excellent value for money, excellent service and kind host who accepted alterations, excellent location, generous breakfast. All round very good!

Aspectos negativos: Only issue is that on weekends, the sound from parties outside is a little noisy if you are trying to sleep - but not impossible if all windows/doors are closed and you have ear plugs.

Aspectos negativos: the lady was very rude when we had problems paying by card was about to give them 1 in rating because she was so annoying and disrespectful but her husband (I think) was the complete opposite. very kind and helpful, kind, and a great host helping with every small inconvenience or problem we had.

Aspectos positivos: A nice studio apartment with everything you needed. Laurels is a trendy neighbourhood with lots going on, which was a real buzz for the senses. The apartment is close to shops, bars, restaurants and the metro, which allows you to access a lot of Medellin. Jorge was a lovely host, making us feel welcome and being helpful.

Aspectos negativos: We didn’t mind it but if you don’t like noise at night, you may want to consider somewhere else. We arrived on a Sunday night and bars below were still partying until about 1-2 in morning. We didn’t mind it but others may or family May do. Something to consider.
