Aspectos positivos: This modern apartment offers stunning views and excellent amenities that made my stay truly enjoyable. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. To make it perfect, the only thing missing was an air conditioner—especially helpful during warmer days.

The apartment was new, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a great view. However, the service was rigid and inconveni

Aspectos positivos: The property is new! And you can find what you need! It’s comfortable and the Medellin’s view is beautiful!

Aspectos negativos: I didn’t like the service provided by the person who attended to me. A few hours before, they required payment through a bank deposit on a Sunday, stating that otherwise, there would be no access code for the apartment. This approach was quite imposing and lacked flexibility, especially considering that if someone is visiting, they might not have a Bancolombia account. During a vacation, the last thing you want is to stand in line at a correspondent bank. The customer service from the invisible person in charge was definitely very poor.
